Down the Rabbit Hole

A small, difficult to spot hole in the ground hidden in the bushes near a stream in the woods leads to a rock cut tunnel flooded with crystal clear water.

Maybe a flooded mine adit or a mine drainage tunnel. Strangely you have to climb down to enter, like one other known tunnel not too far away.

Spiral Descent

A curious underground structure with rubble walls and wooden supports that seems to descend in a spiral. There is gravel of rounded pebbles on the floor. A coldness can be felt and maybe the sound of water, although it could be the wind above. This mysterious structure is located roughly where a building old enough to be marked as a ruin on the old maps is found. The wood is very dark and richly coloured on it's surfaces, perhaps just because it's old.

Perhaps it is a cellar or spring well. Need to go back with torch batteries and companions.
