(SD 622 181). A cairn on Stronstrey Bank was identified in 1983-5 by the Cumbria and Lancashire Archaeological Unit during a survey of Anglezarke and Rivington Moors (site 57).The cairn lies close to another (SD 61 NW 31) and also to a lithic scatter (SD 61 NW 13). (1)
