High Bullough Reservoir

High Bullough Reservoir is in Anglezarke

High Bullough Reservoir is a tiny reservoir that is still in use today although the East bank looks interestingly ruinous.

There are paths all round the High Bullough reservoir but the water is not immediately accessible and is fenced and walled on three sides.

Despite how good the High Bullough reservoir appears to the eye, I am yet to see a truly great picture of the place, although there are great looking scenes to be shot around the woodland paths.

Tons of colour can be found throughout Autumn and on through Winter on sunny days. The woodland surrounding High Bullough Reservoir is also great for Bluebells in the springtime.
